The Holcim Awards is an international competition of the Holcim Foundation for Sustainable Construction. The competition celebrates innovative, future-oriented and tangible sustainable construction projects and visions from around the globe.
The Holcim Awards for Sustainable Construction is an international competition for projects that embody approaches to meet the present-day needs for housing and infrastructure without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs in times to come.
The competition celebrates innovative, future-oriented and tangible sustainable construction projects from around the global and provides prize money of USD 2 million per three-year competition cycle. The 3rd International Holcim Awards competition is open for entries from July 1, 2010 until March 23, 2011 at 14:00hrs GMT.
How to apply
Your application is comprised of five steps, each of which will be saved separately. Upon completion of your application, you can download a PDF file containing all sections of your application in a single document.
An ID and Password will be assigned to your application after the Author’s name and Email contact have been entered (in Step 2). You may edit your submission at any time until the close of entries on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at 14:00 hrs GMT.
