The EU Centre of Excellence at Dalhousie University hereby invites paper proposals for its fourth Annual Conference which will take place at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada, from Sunday evening 6 June until Tuesday 8 June late afternoon.

We are interested in papers covering the roles of the major actors during the negotiations. There should be papers on the two member states derailing the Constitutional Treaty, France and the Netherlands, and difficult partners, such as the UK, Poland and the Czech Republic. Abstracts of paper proposals (max 500 words) and a short cv should be mailed to euce@dal.ca.
