The Operations Management Club at the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University, hosts International Operations Case Competition anually. Top-tier schools from all over the United States and abroad are invited to participate in this prestigious event.

Teams are given several hours to brainstorm and then present their strategy on operational issues presented in the case. A panel of judges from industry will judge the teams on sound reasoning, analysis of the problem, and strong business assessment. Last year, winners are: 1st Place: Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, Michigan State University 2nd Place: Kenan-Flagler Business School, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill 3rd Place: College of Management, Georgia Institute of Technology 4th Place: Johnson School, Cornell University
