About the competition
The French Design Awards is an international design competition honouring excellence across architecture, interior, product, packaging, fashion, landscape, conceptual, UX, and UI design. Recognising visionary designers, studios, brands, and innovators worldwide, the award celebrates work that shapes environments, enhances experiences, and inspires meaningful connections through design.
French Design Awards Categories are divided into 9 award programs: architectural design, interior design, product design, packaging design, fashion design, landscape design, conceptual design, UI design and UX design.

• Regular Deadline: 26 November 2026
• Final Deadline: 24 December 2026

Winning Level:
There are FOUR (4) levels of achievement in the competition:
• Design of the Year
• Platinum Winner (85-100 points)
• Gold Winner (75-84 points)
• Silver Winner (65-74 points)
Evaluation Criteria:
Judges score on a scale of 1-100, based on the below criteria:
• Creativity / Originality / Concept / Idea
• Content / Brief / Objective / Planning / Execution
• Innovation / Technology
• Quality / Functionality / Sustainability
• Overall Impression / Wow! Factor / Memorable
Prizes:
➜ The Designs of the Year receive a complimentary trophy and professionally designed certificate.
➜ One professionally designed certificate commemorating the winning entry, which includes entry title, entering company/winners' name and category. Decal will be affixed indicating the level of win.
➜ Top tier (Platinum and Gold) winners will be featured on French Design Awards site's Gallery, where professionals can view your work.
➜ A press release template sent to major industry outlets, celebrating your win.
➜ Professionally designed logos for use on websites, in email signatures, etc.
➜ Platinum, Gold, and Silver winners may purchase elegant French Design Awards statuettes, and/or additional customised certificates.
