Version v1-2026-10-08
# Student Companies customer terms
Version: v1-2026-10-08.
The contracting entity, registered address, governing law, dispute forum and any jurisdiction-specific notice requirements must be supplied and approved before this version is published.
Membership is for one year. The annual standard price is USD 2,999 excluding applicable taxes. The first 100 approved customers receive a first-year price of USD 1,999 excluding taxes. Later annual renewals use USD 2,999 excluding taxes. Stripe Tax calculates applicable tax and eligible reverse charge.
Submitting an application and saving a card do not charge the customer. Student Competitions reviews the application. Card billing starts only after approval. A callcenter may propose invoice billing. Only Student Competitions may approve invoice billing. Invoice customers receive membership access on approval, with payment due 30 days from invoicing.
Each membership year includes up to 24 approved website updates and four manually assigned newsletter placements. All content requires editorial approval. Publication is not automatic. Editorial rejection does not consume a publication allowance. A sent newsletter placement consumes its allowance once. Unused allowances do not carry over. Newsletter placements are included in StudentCompetitions' regular competition newsletter, together with updates from up to two other companies, and go to its regular recipients. The editorial team selects the updates and approves each send. Delivery commitments may not be sold until a new ordinary newsletter has passed the existing release gate.
A CEO robot inclusion is an offer notation only. No integration is included in this release.
Membership renews annually unless renewal is cancelled. The customer can request period-end cancellation through the account or Stripe customer portal. The proposed three-month cancellation notice language requires legal approval. The software does not block period-end cancellation based on that notice period.
For unpaid invoice billing, publishing and newsletter placement rights close 14 days after the invoice due date. The existing company page remains reachable while the membership continues. Ending membership changes the page to an archived, noindex page and removes internal links. Existing URLs remain reachable.
Customer authority to publish supplied material, trademark and image permissions, privacy obligations, moderation appeals, refund policy, liability limits, service interruption remedies and exact cancellation notice wording remain subject to legal approval. No approved wording is claimed here.
