ECSI English Festival Competition Vol. IV

This year marks the fourth time EFECTION has been held back-to-back, to which the theme of "Voices of Society: Exploring Culture, Identity, and Change in a Globalized World" has been chosen to represent the event, and with it also comes major expansion to the event. This year, EFECTION will be holding a speech competition, a story telling competition, a debate competition, and a new international story writing competition. It is hoped that by the formation of EFECTION VOL. IV, English is more widely and commonly used by members of society, and to enhance the public's creativity, courage, critical thinking, and unity
