About the competition
Her Colorado: Stories Across 8 Regions invites Colorado students from 6th grade through their last year of undergraduate study to create a 2–5-minute original video honoring a CWHF inductee from one of Colorado's 8 regions. The contest celebrates Colorado's 150th anniversary by shining a light on the women whose contributions have shaped the state's history and communities.
The grand prize winner will receive $1,000, second place takes $500, and third place takes $250. Finalists will have the opportunity to attend the prestigious CWHF Induction Gala on March 26, 2027 at the Sheraton Downtown Denver, where their videos will be showcased on stage.
