# Student Competitions Membership terms
Version: v3-2026-10-30.
These terms are an agreement between the customer and Fortic AB (org. no. 556852-0042), operating as Student Competitions International, Sweden, which runs StudentCompetitions.com ("Student Competitions"). Address: Student Competitions International, Box 77, 182 05 Djursholm, Sweden.
Membership is for one year. The annual standard price is USD 2,999 excluding applicable taxes. The first 100 approved customers pay USD 1,999 per year excluding taxes for as long as the membership renews without interruption. If the membership ends, a new membership uses the standard price. Stripe Tax calculates applicable tax and eligible reverse charge.
Submitting an application and saving a card do not charge the customer. Student Competitions reviews the application. Card billing starts only after approval. A callcenter may propose invoice billing. Only Student Competitions may approve invoice billing. Invoice customers receive membership access on approval, with payment due 30 days from invoicing.
Each membership year includes up to 24 approved website updates, four manually assigned newsletter placements and four interviews with our AI interviewer, one each quarter. All content requires editorial approval. Publication is not automatic. Editorial rejection does not consume a publication allowance. A sent newsletter placement consumes its allowance once. Unused website updates and newsletter placements do not carry over. Newsletter placements are included in StudentCompetitions' regular competition newsletter, together with updates from up to two other members, and go to its regular recipients. The editorial team selects the updates and approves each send.
The interviews are provided by a separate service. For each interview the customer receives three proposed times by email, and the interview takes place by phone on the customer contact number. The customer receives the interview text afterwards.
Membership renews annually unless the customer cancels before the renewal date. The customer can cancel through the account or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current membership year.
For unpaid invoice billing, publishing and newsletter placement rights close 14 days after the invoice due date. The existing member page remains reachable while the membership continues. Ending membership changes the page to an archived, noindex page and removes internal links. Existing URLs remain reachable.
Swedish law applies to these terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes are decided by the courts of Sweden, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the first instance.
