Seeds of Tomorrow: Global Youth Arts & Writing Competition

About the competition

Are you an artist or writer looking to get published or share your work with a wider, international audience? This is your chance!

Seeds of Tomorrow is a global youth arts & writing competition organized by Utopix Youth Magazine in partnership with WOW Tanzania to raise awareness and support for education access and the development of a boarding school for at-risk children in Tanzania.

This year’s theme, “Growth,” invites young creatives to reflect on the experiences, people, challenges, and opportunities that shape growth—both individually and collectively.

What experiences, people, or challenges have helped shape who you are today? When was a time you learned, changed, or discovered a new part of yourself? How do people, communities, or futures grow stronger?

Your work does not need to directly address education. We encourage creative interpretations of growth, transformation, possibility, and hope.

We welcome submissions across literary and artistic formats, including creative writing, poetry, photography, illustration, digital art, comics, mixed media, journalism, film/video, and more.

🌱 Eligibility: Open worldwide to anyone under the age of 25
💫 Entry Fee: Free
📅 Submission Deadline: September 15, 2026
🏆 Recognition: Winners and finalists will receive features across Utopix platforms, social media spotlights, interviews, and certificates of recognition.

Share your creativity, tell your story, and help us plant the seeds for a better tomorrow.
