Most people learn valuation by watching videos. Very few are ever evaluated on whether their thinking holds up. The Global Equity Valuation Challenge is a selective, analyst-style evaluation designed to assess how participants make assumptions, exercise judgment, and defend an investment conclusions. Designed and hosted by Dr. Andrew Stotz, former President of CFA Society Thailand and professional equity analyst, this challenge mirrors the standards used in real equity research and investment roles. Participants are required to produce a complete equity research report and clearly articulate their investment view. Shortlisted candidates will then defend their analysis in a live presentation under professional questioning. It is an opportunity to experience how serious valuation work is evaluated in practice. Strong performers receive formal recognition, direct feedback, and the opportunity to continue into advanced valuation training. This challenge is intended for students and early-career professionals who want their work, not their résumé to speak for them.
