Proto-A-Thon is an international prototype design competition that is organized by the Business Information Technology (BIT) faculty, under the School of Information Systems, in collaboration with the Psychology faculty. The name Proto-A-Thon itself comes from “Prototype Marathon”. The competitors are put to a test for their skills in prototyping under a limited time, 12-hour live prototyping thus making it to be a marathon of prototyping.
The level of this competition is national and international, which can be participated by active undergraduate students. Proto-A-Thon’s theme this year will center on “Education Technology for Disability” tasking participants with generating ideas for improving educational resources for students with disabilities and providing them with inclusive technology support for education through innovation.
